SECTION 5 – T&C’s & Indemnity

I hereby acknowledge the following :

1. I have enrolled for a training course with: MAGNUM SHOOTING ACADEMY cc.

2. I acknowledge that by its very nature, the course I am about to participate in, has potential hazards.

3. I accept that I participate in the said course entirely at my own risk and hereby indemnify MAGNUM SHOOTING ACADEMY cc and its employees, agents or assigns and hold them harmless against any claim which may otherwise be brought by me, my executors, estate, dependants or assigns, arising out of any injury to me or to my property which I may suffer as a result of any act or omission by the said MAGNUM SHOOTING ACADEMY cc its agents or assigns whether such act or omission is negligent or not and whether such act or omission takes place during the course of actual instruction or not.

4. I declare that I have never been declared unfit to possess a firearm, neither has any firearm in my possession been confiscated.

5. I undertake that any firearm which I might bring to the range shall be legally in my possession at the time.

6. I confirm that this indemnity is binding on me, my estate, executors, dependants or assigns.

7. Pregnant ladies will only be allowed to shoot if a letter from a doctor has been issued.

8. NO Refunds for courses once full registration has taken place and you have received our training materials.

9. All courses enrolled for at MAGNUM SHOOTING ACADEMY CC must be completed within (6) six months from date of registration. In the event of non completion of any our course within the time period mentioned above, a admin fee / assessment fee will be re-ininstated to cover costs.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE INDEMNITY AND SIGN SAME WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ITS CONTENT. I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE APPEALS PROCEDURE. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THESE COURSES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.
