MSA-South Africa Shooting Exercises

Magnum Shooting Academy has developed shooting exercises for our learners to practice their skills on the shooting range. Our exercises are there to assist you to develop your firearm skills and keep you in top form. Exercises from Basics, Intermediate and Advanced level / Tiers.

It’s the universal rule of 21 – Practice 21 repetitions for 21 minutes, 21 Hours, 21 days, 21 weeks, 21 months, 21 years. Practise 21 repetitions to develop muscle memory, start off slow to get the movement perfect as can be, then speed up, remember you cannot complete any task fast if you cannot do it slow. Don’t practise until you get it right, practise it until you don’t get it wrong.

The exercises range from Basics to Advanced levels in the four disciplines.
